The locations and staff were amazing so that helped a lot! I was greeted with a friendly staff that helped me with parking and we had a nice conversation. This location is super awesome with access to stores, food, parks and so much more.

I stay here when there’s an event at the Hollywood Bowl. I love that they have windows that open because I don’t like air conditioners.

The room has cockroaches come out at night. There was cockroachs in the room in our things. We when you the front desk to ask for a refund and there was another couple asking why we were leaving. They found cockroaches on the stairs. The front desk said they would give us a full refund. But this was a traumatizing experience. I had cockroaches in my bag when we got back in the hotel room after dinner. We had checked in at 6pm and got back at 8pm.

The property was in the perfect location for us. We were going to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert and we wanted to be able to walk. The staff was friendly, I was nervous about the parking but it was easy, you just left your keys and they shuffled the cars around. The rooms were clean and the shower was great. Bring single dollars for the vending machine on the 2nd floor for water.

What an amazing hotel! Staff were great, room service options 10/10, room was massive and comfortable. I'm coming back to Los Angeles in May 2026 and this is definitely on my list of places to stay!

It was too small their was no microwave. I enjoyed the tea/coffee maker. The price was high for a small spot you can see your neighbors in unless you close the blinds. It’s closer to the Hollywood walk so it was convenient.

I liked the people that worked at the front desk especially the female with long black hair that went above and beyond for us . Her customer service was great and when a unexpected event happened she handled it to it's full potential thanks again for making our stay feel like home .
